Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Teacher Reece. This Return Policy outlines our guidelines regarding payments, lesson purchases, and cancellations.

Payments
All payments made for our services are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be refunded, except under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Teacher Reece.

Lesson Purchases
When you purchase lessons from Teacher Reece, the lessons will be credited to your account balance. These purchased lessons will remain in your account until used.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel a scheduled lesson. However, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 12 hours' notice for cancellations.

If a cancellation is made with less than 12 hours' notice or if you fail to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, it will be counted as a complete lesson. In such cases, the lesson will be deducted from your lesson balance as if it had been conducted.
